Our direction: brand and website in one six-week sprint.

This is the direction we have chosen for Bleach: we make your brand and your website together, in one sprint of six weeks. Positioning, identity and website come from the same thinking and the same people. Below we explain why we chose this model, what happens in those six weeks, what it costs and what comes after.
Why brand and website belong together
We started Bleach because growing companies kept facing the same choice. A large agency, with layers of overhead between you and the people doing the work. Or separate parties for brand and website that never talk to each other. In the second case you often end up with a brand book that looks good and a website that is slightly off.
A brand without a website is half the job, and the other way round. For most people your website is the first place they meet your brand. That is where it has to deliver on its promise: in the tone, in the imagery and in how a page responds. That works best when the same people make both, from the same decisions.
So we design and build brand and website as one system. Colour, typography, imagery, tone and components are defined once, and the website is their first and most important application. Everything you make after that starts from the same building blocks.
What happens in six weeks
Every sprint starts with a strategy session. Together we look for the core of your business: who you are for, what sets you apart and what you definitely don’t want to be. We never skip this step, because everything after it builds on it. From logo to homepage, we test every design against the decisions from that session, so you always know why something looks the way it does.
Then we put together the moodboards and turn our conversations into a clear direction. The identity follows from that: logo, typography, colour, imagery and tone, with motion and 3D where they add something. Meanwhile the website takes shape, built in code. We base its structure and content on your positioning, and mobile use, accessibility, speed and technical SEO are part of it from the start.
At the end we test the site on real devices, it goes live and we hand over everything your team needs. Who looks after the site once it has launched is agreed in advance. After six weeks, this is what you have:
- A positioning and brand strategy that every design decision can be traced back to.
- An identity with guidelines and design tokens, set up so your team and your AI tools can work with them straight away.
- A custom website, built in code and live.
- The design files, access and documentation, so your team can carry on without us.
Why speed doesn’t cost quality here
A traditional studio often charges six to eight weeks for the branding alone. We make brand and website together in six weeks. That isn’t because we skip steps. It’s because we are clear about where our own work makes the difference, and where we can speed things up.
Positioning, strategy, the direction and the core of the design are ours. Quality control stays with us throughout as well. From that starting point we speed things up with AI: we explore more directions than we could by hand, and get from a decision to something that works sooner. You keep the taste and control of an experienced team, with more output in the same time.
AI makes us faster. The decisions are ours.
That also changes what you get. Not a three-page template with a limited CMS, but an extensive website, a platform or an interactive tool if your business needs one. Because we build in code, we can often do what WordPress or Webflow can’t.
Who the sprint is for
We work for companies that are serious about growth. Scale-ups that have outgrown their brand: the company has matured, but the identity still tells the story of its early years. And startups that want to look professional from day one. We don’t claim a sector, we claim a level.
Digital Notary is a good example. The company makes setting up a Dutch private limited company fully digital, but its brand still felt like a startup with something to prove. In the sprint we gave it the calm and authority you expect from a notary, with an identity, guidelines and a website that say the same thing. For STEQ, formerly NX Real Estate, we developed the brand strategy, the identity and the guidelines, built the website and designed the investor platform.
What a sprint costs
A sprint starts at €15,000. The exact figure depends on the size of the website and the amount of content. After a first conversation you receive a proposal with the scope, the schedule and a fixed price. So before we start, you know exactly what you’ll get and what it costs.
After the sprint
The sprint is the starting point. Many clients carry on building with us on the same system, in a partnership. Think new pages, product screens, working prototypes or campaign imagery. We agree each assignment separately, and it isn’t a subscription.
A partnership can also stand on its own, for a single assignment without a sprint first. Either way, you talk to the people who make the work, from the first conversation to the launch. There is no account manager in between, and no team of six tinkering with your project.
If you’d like to know whether a sprint fits where your company is now, tell us where you stand and where you want to go. We reply within one working day.
